S1 graduates of various disciplines (preferably IT / Computers) from reputable university / educational institution GPA Min. 3.00 (4:00 scale) Preferably have experience in similar fields Excellent in English, both spoken and written Compute literate (min. Ms Office and internet) and ability to use Information Systems application Ability to work in a team or individual Communicative, disciplined, hardworking, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure FLIGHT ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the availability of flight planning data (aircraft, route, water crew, station, schedule, etc) Ensuring the availability of aircraft and crew rotation period of 01 months to 48-hour period Monitoring the implementation of the planning period of rotation of the plane and crew 01 months to 48-hour period Ensure the Flight schedule data and crew schedule was updated Ensure safety awareness / compliance with aviation safety and aviation standards Ensure work comply with all applicable corporate management system that is IOSA, and Budget System REQUIREMENTS: Male/Female Indonesian Citizen Age max. 27 years Education Min. Ms Office and internet) and ability to use Information Systems application Ability to work in a team or individual Communicative, disciplined, hardworking, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure OPERATION PERFORMANCE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the formulation of important issues regarding the performance of Operations & Cost Control Directorate to realization, through the analysis, formulation, compilation, modeling, forecast data / information in order to see the development of mass / other related indicators as inputs that need to be anticipated by Management Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions, analysis of operational data for the preparation of operations directorate Operation Performance improvement recommendations to improve the quality of management decisions Ensuring the availability of an analysis of efficiency programs, which include the cost of fuel efficiency and other operational costs Ensure the compilation and analysis of the realization of the work program, cost and efficiency programs contained in the Operations Directorate Key Performance Indicators, as well as make predictions according to the company’s business development Ensuring the availability of an analysis of operational data required in the Management Report Ensuring the availability of variable cost analysis is required in the calculation of operating cost savings Ensuring the availability of the budget control system Operation Support Ensuring the availability of budget calculations Overflying Ensuring verification and analysis of the realization of cost overflying Ensure the achievement of the recommendations and work programs effective cost control and efficient Ensuring the availability of reports and review of the implementation of the program implementation REQUIREMENTS: Male Indonesian Citizen Age max. 27 years Education min.
